PETER ROSE - CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Peter Rose is the Chief People Officer for Motus, having joined the group in July 2018. Prior to this he had a 20 year career in Human Resources, holding a number of varied, senior HR roles.
These included the HR Directorship of an automotive logistics business. Here, he had responsibility for providing a full HR service to employees deployed across a number of global territories, providing a wide range of logistics and supply solutions to an extensive range of clients. He was also HR Director for a global consultancy business, helping ensure consultants were effectively recruited and deployed to a broad range of clients. He also led HR for a division of a global Automotive Manufacturing business.
Peter has particular expertise in building strong employee-focused cultures, especially in areas such as employee transitions (including TUPE transfers), building employee engagement and planning succession and development. He holds a Business degree as well as being a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
